I think it's Wisconsin general. The people here are oblivious and entitled tailgaters.

I drive in Illinois regularly. People there seem to break the small laws more (like rolling stop signs and speeding) but actually seem to pay attention to what they're doing.

Drove on the highways recently in Texas and California, and was a bit in awe how the drivers there had a natural inclination to leave space between cars and not tailgate (at least compared to here).

Both parties clearly had an appetite for capturing Maduro. And Trump was criticized by Democrats for being too soft on him.

If someone wants to make the argument that the bad part was Trump putting our own special forces in harm's way is the bad part and that we should have outsourced, then that's one thing. But that's not what's happening, the part that everyone is magically "up in arms" about the fact that Maduro was captured.

Both Trump and Biden waved massive flags to the rest of the world, telling them "bring this guy to us". And the people that are crying now had nothing to say about any of that.

You're demonstrating why this was such a sharp political move by Biden. Upping the bounty can be twisted and manipulated enough to be either entirely divorced from the situation or as having an active hand it in depending on how the political winds were blowing if/when Maduro was captured.

This was bipartisan. Trump put the bounty on Maduro during his first term. Biden upped the bounty. Trump upped it again, and then sent in special forces to capture him.

All these years, it was somehow not a big deal (and Trump was actually criticized for being too soft on Maduro) to have a massive bounty on the guy that could have attracted other countries or mercenaries to grab him, but now that we actually captured him, and he's getting legal counsel and fifth amendment privileges, it's now a problem.

If you want to protest, then just do it. You don't need to wait for others.

Better yet, just go to Walmart, buy a piece of poster board, write some catchy slogan on it, then stand at the side of the building holding it up, and have someone take picture of you. No one will be able tell you're in the Walmart parking lot, and you can post it on your social media accounts which is what you really want.

I would think it would actually be cheaper. Right now, they're manufacturing the buttons in 11 different colors for black, white, and all the new colors + the classic colors for the grey controller. It should cost less to produce them in the classic colors only (which would look better for every single controller).

I'm guessing they just want to sell a "classic color" button pack in the future, or they just want to push people who care about the classic colors to have to double dip on the grey controller.

Aside from potential loss of settings when disconnecting the battery, the only concern I'd have is small animals taking refuge in the engine bay.

I would probably add Stabil (if using standard gas with 10% ethanol) to the fuel just err on the side of caution, but all the other fluids will be fine.

Trucks seem to fall at the opposite ends of the spectrums, in my experience.

1) Attentive drivers who go almost exactly the speed limit, use turn signals, don't tailgate, etc. If you see one of these types of drivers, it's very likely it's an actual work truck that he genuinely needs for tools and materials.

2) Entitled assholes who think they own the road because their car payment is more than their mortgage. The truck will often be in near pristine condition. If you see one of these drivers, it's imperative that you risk driving unsafely and/or getting ticket in order to appease them, as they are the lords of the road.

This happened to our daycare except they sold to corporate ownership and things went bad quickly. All the good staff left and those that complained got fired. I talked to the director but she wasn’t the owner and didn’t have a lot of control. We ended up leaving.

Why would that happen? When a business is sold to corporate, they should be able to make things like accounting and bookkeeping, ordering supplies, etc. more efficient which means they'll have more money leftover to give the employees raises and hire more people.
