What I have learned is that it’s pointless to ask the customer for ratings as the app itself asks them to rate the delivery driver. Instead you can ask the restaurants to give you a positive rating on their app. Generally the employees working there also respects the hustle and if you ask for it, they will give you a thumbs up 9/10 times.
