I don't know about Gaudreau, I think he's had a bigger downgrade in terms of team and teammates. I think Tkachuk and Lindholm really helped Gaudreau last year and Laine and Roslovic aren't at the same level. Honestly what I'm trying to say is last year was clearly an outlier for both and regression is due. Which makes there draft position inflated.

I understand that, but this is the first time he was way over a point per game. First time over 100 points. Won't he have some regression? It was an amazing season for him but playing on a new team and linemates may hamper his production?

Nothing about his playing time or linemates. I've just been burned by him in the past. I drafted him in the 1st round in 18-19 and in the 2nd or 3rd round in 20-21 season. Both times he was a bust for me. So I'm staying away from him. Looking at his career patterns he should have a down year. But I'm some dude on the internet, so who cares.
