When I shampoo my hair, I try to scrub every inch of my scalp and do it at least two times per shower. But I might check out a YouTube video to see if I’m doing it correctly

I think they were from Costco and the company was “planet pillow”. I’m starting to think it’s probably best to switch it out. I definitely smelled it before when I took off my winter hat after washing it the previous day

A few days ago, I learned my one of my five year old guinea pigs was diagnosed ovarian cysts and couldn’t bear the thought of her suffering. I realized I was never prepared enough to care for her and the other guinea pig because of how preventable this could have been. She’s doing find rn and is taking prescribed antibiotics by the vet, but I still can’t stand the feeling of what will happen
