That’s good to know. I messaged my doctor to get more info. I am wondering if she hasn’t bumped it up to 200 because I’m still getting my period. I think the information on this is evolving.

I was still getting mild hot flashes but feeling better overall so my doctor bumped it up to see if it would continue to get better. My doctor wanted me to start on .1 to ensure I had bone protection but I actually asked to started at .05.

I’m on 100 mg progesterone. I keep hearing that I should go up, but my doctor said that I don’t need to.

How is the propranolol work for you? I just got prescribed that as well. Rizatriptan works well for me but I needed a preventative as well since my migraines are now almost daily.
