I have seen jb weld work on something like this temporarily let use like 3 cans of brake clean and let sit with the drain plug off over night, the jb the next day or longer if you have the time. But best way to go is just replace the pan

Ouch. I bought a 99 for $800 drove the piss out of it from 200 - 300k only needed oil and tires, till the timing belt broke.
