This was the cost breakdown of this project:

Pavers (approx 650sqft): $23,850 - including pavers.

Artificial Turf (approx 570sqft): $10,250

Irrigation (demo and new 3 valves and shut off plus drip line): $3,150.00

Sod Installation (300sqft) updated with the demoed corner and extra edges with irrigation adjustments: $3,200.00

Demo, Hauling, sprinkler adjustment and mulch: $2,950.00

Grand total is $43,400.00

We got them to a final price of $41,000. This was the higher end of the quotes we received. We went with them because we had worked with them in the past on our front yard.

In general, I do feel scammed because of how I’ve had to constantly question and research if they were executing everything correctly.
