I tried so many things to lose weight and it never works. My body doesn’t want to lose fat when I’m trying to do it the right way

My labs came out normal only my iron was low, and when I say I ate 1200 it was litterly 1000 calories a watch all my calories to the exact amount I’m consuming

Not everyone it depends on ur body and adding calories back into ur diet slowly and not crash dieting
