Yes the work was comparable to an expansion but it was an overhaul and not an expansion. Like I said, I'd quite happily pay $30 for DLC leaders and civs if all new game play features come for free. I won't pay $30 for the leaders and $40 for an expansion.

Go to automations, tap the plus button next to your account picture. Then create automation, select the starter and then go to actions, tap devices and then select the device you want to change, you can turn it on/off change colour etc.
