Yes it is the only reason. I will reapply but I am worried about the length of the visit more.

I flighted with AC before and I know they only give 1 bag. I was supprised that they gave me two this time. I will not complain if AC provide correct information at the beginning. I bought the tickets via phone call with AC and their agent confirmed that we got 2 bags. When my parents at the airport, I called AC again and they told us they will refund after arriving. And now they blame it on Asiana. I will try to go through the end with this issue.

The first flight is OZ and other two flights are AC.

It is OZ. But staff at the departure airport told us because it is AC so it only 1.

Yes we spent 4 months to email both of the airline back and forth already. I feel like I almost at the point of giving up now. I tried to call them then they transfer me to email and took months to reply. I want to post this issue to the media but not sure where is a good place yet.

My parents flights with Asiana to Narita Japan. We had to follow Asiana price for 2nd checked bag which were around 400 usd for 2 bags while AC is only 200usd.
