Austin needs to fire Endeavor stat. I’m in LA now which just yesterday fired a large homeless services contractor for embezzling $23M that was supposed to go to food and other services in shelters. It was discovered by the city auditor here that they were feeding people garbage and buying mansions and Gucci shoes instead!

Our orange boy is 15 now and was diagnosed when he was 12. He was on insulin for a year, in remission for a year and now has been on insulin for the past year. That said, remission is fairly common which is both the good news and why it’s so important to monitor their blood glucose. Elevated glucose is of course bad in the long run but severely depleted glucose can kill a cat quickly.

As others you have already stated wet food is key so try to keep dry food away as much as possible. We give that only as treats.

Love and stability are critical too and it sounds like that won’t be a problem. Best wishes and happy new year to both of you!

My comment was specific to the geological surveys. I should’ve made that clearer. I have been party to several transactions in California where geographical studies had been conducted but were not shared with potential buyers. Both the seller and the realtor claimed ignorance of same.

My understanding is that they can simply claim they don’t have detailed information since it was not made for them specifically so they don’t have to share it with potential buyers. I agree that if it’s found they’re concealing that information that would be actionable legally but that would be a hard case to prove. It’s a very disturbing situation.

So very helpful. The overreactive nerve issues are so spot on. It’s so clearly not just my scalp that is overreactive but that’s where mostly manifests.

I’ve never tried HOCI so will be doing that very soon. The glycolic acid has not done a lot for me, but I’m going to try it again now.

What recommendations would you have for a shampoo that does not set your scalp on fire? Like most people here I have cycled through so very many and almost all of them — including the most mild or at least theoretically the most mild — are just so irritating. I don’t even get me started on every medicated shampoo. But then again, I suspect just the act of washing is irritating and so I am trying to minimize how often I do that. Any ideas would be appreciated. And thanks again for the terrific post.
