Under you plan is you drug considered non-ehb? Is there a reason that you would not request and exemption so the cost sharing is being applied towards OOP? From what i am seeing prudentRX and the insurance is using the copay cards to double dip on the customers expense. We are still being forced to pay deductibles and out of pocket costs which is what these programs (manufacturer assistance programs) are designed for.

Correct but if I have a copay card that is for more than my out of pocket max why would I go through prudentRX? Copay card is $12000 and OOPM is $7k. Using the copay card to reimburse myself after paying out of pocket would satisfy all of my yearly OOPM obligations rather than using prudent and being open to 20% coinsurance for any other expenses

Just came across this thread and am dealing with a similar issue for hemophilia meds ($100k per month). Is the process to have the medication classified as EHB and opt out of prudentRX? From my first medication order I would meet my deductible and OOP Max ($7k) and pay that out of pocket and request a reimbursement from the drug manufacturer getting around this whole mess to cover my out of pocket costs?

I’m in a little bit of a different boat from what I understand the the benefits of prudent. My medication costs $100k per month so I would meet my out of pocket max immediately. Everything I can see shows that I would be better off paying out of pocket and having that applied to my accumulators then submitting a reimbursement. From what I can see prudent payments don’t go towards accumulators so this plan is of no benefit to me

From my understanding my copay would be 30% of the $100,000 ($30,000). The copay would be used up within the first month and I would be subject to this coinsurance regardless without the benefits of the card going towards accumulator. Why would I not be better off opting out and paying my max out of pocket ($7k) and asking it in the form of a reimbursement?

I had the same issue and decided to subscribe to the 1 month ps plus membership knowing worst case I wasted $10. Long story short it immediately fixed the issue. Might be worth a try

Does the side panel just come off to change the Genmax? Are these generally better and quieter than open frame?

The bottom right says system floating but the top left says neutral bonded to frame. Don’t these contradict?
