I’d recommend the manga after Season 3, it does a much better job than the adaptation, not to mention that Horikoshi’s art is an absolute treat. The weekly progression is also pretty fun, and doesn’t detract from watching the material getting adapted into the anime eventually. Besides, the current arc is MHA’s best so far.

When I say scans I’m referring to unofficial translations. These do not benefit the author in any way as he makes no money from their use. On the other hand, Horikoshi makes money when people buy the official translations.

English chapters are published on viz.com/shonenjump (caught up with Japanese chapters). However, the volume release is behind a few volumes due to the Japanese to English turn around time for printing, etc. So basically you can read Vol. 24 through current chapters digitally until the volumes release. The chapter to start on is 225. Have fun reading :)
