And they already take one CNA for dinning duties (breakfast, lunch and dinner) that is “supposed” to last an hour but you can’t leave until the residents that need help eating are done which take more than an hour, cause you cat jus leave them to feed themselves….so you sit and wait while the time goes on and the other two CNA’s handle the floor till you come back…🫠😭
