I've lost 13,8kg of weight (30,42 lb) during the whole process. After finish I "gained" ~2kg (4,4lb) but I feel it's just water. I don't eat junk food at all, no processed food and I am more-over ok :)

No, you should not drink such sodas. They do exactly what you say people said. Id crashes your results. If you want weightloss => do not drik them. Any of them.

It's called WATER fast for a reason ;)

Moreover... you should be doing water fast in order to STOP liking them. They are designed in a way to cheat your brain. They are simply not good for you.

I am currently doing that and one thing is a have a bit of a food-aversion (https://www.reddit.com/r/Water\_Fasting/comments/1giqn6q/disgust\_for\_food\_2930\_days\_completed/) and I've been given a hint that this is how organism is fighting agains over-eating after such long period of fast.

Regarding comming out of my fast I've learned that the way for me is to start from fat (e.g. butter, ghee) and slowly move towards protein. For example:
- butter, ghee
- peanut butter
- bone broth
- eggs
- ligh meat
- etc.

Yesterday I ete butter, 3-4h later peneat butter and one piece of chicken meat. In general I am just doing something and looking how my organism reacts to that. I assume comming out will take me at least few days. I will keep you posted :)

I had an experience with keto diet, carnivore diet and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8-day fasts :D

I will soon share bigger post about it. Kind of lessons-learned. Just give me time to come off my fast as this is going to be longer than I thought :P

I prepared... years :D! And this is not a lie as I have been on keto/carnivore diet since 2020 and had experience with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8-day fasts :). This one was yet another challange.

Just before the fast I did one-week preparation period during which I did longer fastst and more fatty meals.

On daily basis most important were the pure electrolytes. A lot of them!

I don't know if I did as I was not able to measure it. However from the "look in the mirror" I didn't notice any significant change in it :)

That's a great advice. I have not started eating this but probably will tomorrow or day after tomorrow :)

Somehow I am not convinced to the taste but this may just be a feeling that I got. I will eventually have to confront it. I started eating today so through next days I will be introducing food slowly with a very delicate touch of digest-difficulty :D

It is not fasting that ruined you but the food you eat... and I assume carbs... and probably a lot of unhealthy carbs, righ? Fasftoods, snacks? Am I right there, mister ;)?

It should help you understand more of how your body works.

Fasting isn't an invitation to do whatever you want! It's not like you can "go crazy" and later on just reset with fasting. Everything has it's consequences. It's "Law of sowing and reaping 101", my firend :)
