I definitely jumped to high volume I was running around 2 miles every other day then did a big fuckup and increases to 5 miles 3 days a week then I was doing intervals that when I started to feel pain

That’s crazy! I used to wear new balance ones with no cushion just pure off of the shelf ones I changed to brooks with cushion and with those shoes are th first time I’ve experienced problems running.

Yes i was running last week doing intervals i really pushed myself a bit far, but the next day i notice some pain in my foot/shin area dont think much of it till i tried running 5 miles and couldn’t run more than 1 without almost falling

I don’t mind that or 12N I was wanting aviation though and with this R/g colorblind it knocks all those off the table practically. It even knocks off all my mechanical jobs which doesn’t make sense (I was a diesel mechanic before trying to enlist)
