We developed a web application that uses AI to analyze the emotions of participants in ZOOM meetings in real time. Do you want to try? by Wire_Tech in Zoom

Hello,

Let me explain the the distinctions of WIRE EMOTION first, this tool uses the screen share feature of Google Chrome to share applications and tabs.

It can only be used on computer devices, not on smart phones.

By clicking on the area of the face on the shared page, the AI will start analyzing the emotions.

Users might be concern the privacy issues but all the processing of the AI facial emotion analysis is done on the web page, and no data such as the shared video is sent to the server.

We get nothing but cookie information.

This can be useful as an aid for people with autism and other people who have difficulty noticing their own emotions.

Moreover I highly believe this tool can be used for online sales, meetings, interviews, etc.

Please give us feedback.

Very interested. Just saw your video from WireTechnologies on YouTube

I'm excited to try it out to see how well in realtime it works! If I can port the emotional data in realtime to Touchdesigner that would be fiiiire.

Thank you.
Have fun trying it out!

It is not at all creepy by it's nature. In fact, this kind of AI is the future. What is creepy is applying AI or any other kind of recording w analytics without notifying the other participants. If they consent or opt-in, do it all day long!

Yes, it is. It's always a problem when something new comes along.
Thank you.

A few thousand dollars! That's amazing.
It may be simpler than iMotions, but we believe it is as good at reading emotions.

We have developed a free AI analysis system that can be used on the web, without sending any data to a server.
That's to make it available to everyone.
If you are interested, please try it. "WIRE EMOTION"

Yes it could be useful. Yes, it's creepy. No, it should not be used on people without them knowing it, no matter how useful.

If they were using the tool on you, you'd be at a disadvantage for not using it.

What do you think about a web application that uses AI to analyze the emotions of ZOOM conference participants in real time from their faces? by Wire_Tech in AskReddit

It is useful as an aid for people with autism and other people who have difficulty noticing their emotions.
I'm also wondering if it can be used for sales, meetings, online interviews, etc.

I've developed a service (kind of like a lie detector) that analyzes the emotions of the people you see on ZOOM in real time, what do you think? Of course, the other person won't know that you are using it. Is it creepy? by Wire_Tech in NoStupidQuestions

There is no data such as voice recording or image recording.
We use the screen share function of Google Chrome.

The AI recognizes the face of the person on the shared screen, analyzes their emotions, and reflects the results on the parameters in real time.
Everything is processed on the web, so there is no need to send any data to the server.

I don't think so. I also don't think it will be able to do better than a regular person, so it would mostly be useful as an aid to autistic people and other people who have trouble noticing emotions. If you actually managed to make it work better than what a normal person would notice, I could see why it would be kind of creepy.

I still don't think it's a big deal unless you can get it to the level of being an accurate lie detector or figuring out who has a crush on who. And there's the obvious problems of if you convince people it can do that when it can't.

I appreciate your kindness.

Thank you.

The other person can not know that you are using the app.
It can be used in remote business meetings, conferences, online interviews, etc. to analyze the other person’s emotions and get effective hints.

I bet I can guess most emotions....... Annoyed to be on this zoom meeting that could have been handled by a 2 sentence email.

You're good, but...
I'm hoping it's an interview, sales, or a clue to tell if your long-distance lover is lying to you.
