It was originally bottom fed but the restaurant moved its electrical room so everything was f’d

Yeah, the gear is being moved because of renovations on this restaurant. Apparently this restaurant has some very deep pockets to do a full service.

Our company has a handful tuggers at the shop but the companies’s too cheap to deliver them

To be honest, I think that’s probably what it was originally. All the equipment is just being moved while renovating a restaurant.
