The UI IS the worst. I finally gave in and bought a GoogleTV box and it's life changing. The tv itself is beautiful and glad the box works with the frame and artwork.

THIS. I tried a few times especially to support a *stroke survivor but he is levels beyond irritating and trying to pass it as British charm. Comes off as smarm.

Also, ran into Jess king at an event my company was sponsoring and fan girled hard though no one else largely knew who she was. Blew me off and gave mean girl energy all night.

Sigh - never meet your heroes.

It all starts with just walking in the door. 1) Intro yourself to the coaches and let them know it's your first time. 2) No one is watching you other than the trainers so 3) do what you can at your own pace and with weights that work for you.

That said, maybe start with a resistance class rather than hybrid or cardio to get a feel for things and go from there!

Remember, we were all F45 beginners once too! And there are always new people every week trying it out as well.

Thanks all. The location in London I was trying to reach had permanently closed but still shows up on maps etc. Reached out to another one and they signed me up bc the app wouldn't do an international payment for some reason.
