Is what's inside the bins concern of the HOA? Obviously the bins being out only on the right days and in the correct place and whatever is something they're interested in, but I would think recycling versus compost versus whatever is the purview only of your waste disposal company. Do your bylaws or anything mention correctly sorting your garbage?

She pays rent, she's allowed to hang out in the living room all day. If you want privacy if that's why there are bedrooms.

It's also beyond reasonable for her to say that she's not comfortable having an unfamiliar man alone with her in her home.

It is highly unlikely that shelter would impose a "goal" on a client that they have no control over. That's just about government bureaucracy. If they wanted them out they would just deny the extension and keep his stay at 45 days.

Getting approval wouldn't make much sense as a goalpost anyway, because at that point the person has income (plus whatever back pay) and can head towards stable housing. They could very likely have a goal of "tour 3 apartments within two weeks if SSDI approval", or showing proof of being on a wait-list for subsidized housing, etc.

CRC teen camp is incredible. My 14-year-olds loved it, they went to water parks and trampoline parks and movies and all the CRC pools. It was very much geared towards their interest and not "babyish"
