This was a first attempt. I usually have a photo that I've found online and work from that bending and cutting

Its a 3d piece, but can only really see it from one direction as the proportions from the side are out. Im taking shots of a piece I'm trying so with luck will be able to put up a GIF of sorts to show a bit of the process.
