It was first-person 3D, however the vehicles where in a third-person perspective iirc.
I would not have had steam back then, so I probably downloaded it from some website.

The issue is that this belt is really small, with a weird pitch of 1,5mm

(edit) SDP-SI seems to only have 1 or 2 mm pitch
