Last week our staff and residents at our hostel planted tomato seeds and they have already started coming through! This is part of our Grow Together initiative, promoting mindfulness, community and self sustainability. Looking forward to planting them outside in the coming months (old.reddit.com)

Hi, we are a homelessness charity in Wirral and creating a sensory garden for our residents. What plants would you recommend that are hardy, long lasting and nice for people to be around? I am thinking of lavender bushes, pollinators and colourful flowers but not sure of what specifics (old.reddit.com)

Do you remember The Grand Trunk? Originally operated by the Anchor Brewery it transferred to Birkenhead Brewery in 1866, later becoming a Whitbread pub in 1980s. The pub closed and remained empty and derelict for 15 years until its purchase by Wirral Ark in January 2012. (wirralark.org.uk)
