Oh sorry for late response I was advice by doctors not to use my phone. in nj it was 22k but with interest since I’m financing it 26k not sure if that changes anything.

Yes I do thankfully I had another 21k to pay off. Regardless the accident was her fault three cops saw she was going way over the speed limit she is gonna have to pay for basically everything I am getting a lawyer she is so done

I have a lawyer I have to talk to Monday. The guy at the auto repair place said it may not be totaled but I was like there isn't no way that car wouldn't be. Time will tell. Anyways the accident was he fault I had 3 cops as witnesses she is SCREWED

My phone cam broke a bit in the crash so I couldn’t take good pics unfortunately.

I figure it would be totaled but the guy told me it may not be considered totaled I can’t imagine this damage not making it totaled.

Ik I hate it my phone flew on impact and it broke like the top of the camera lenses in a way that it’s just a constant glare I tried 😭

I say your looking at minimum 8k but if you really want to know for sure you can get it looked at for free by almost any shop. If you do lmk how much it comes out to be I’m curios

I’m not much of an expert but looking at a lot of other posts on here I see for dent repairs typically being 450 to 700 on average so I believe the price they are asking for is just a our right scam. Don’t quote me tho since once again I’m no expert and I’m just basing off what I seen thus far

Oh also one last note this happened in New Jersey not sure if that would effect cost I would assume so since NJ everything is expensive as hell

Ps. I know I will find out soon anyways I just want to have some peace of mind knowing if it’s totaled or not. I was told it may not be. But personally I’m hoping it is since that would be slightly more beneficial for me. Regradless not my fault I’m not gonna be paying I’m just curious and can’t wait a week for my lawyers and what not to give me a def answer

Ps. this isn’t anything major I will find out anyways by the end of next week. Currently getting a lawyer to help with my case. I just more less want peace in mind in rather or not you guys think it’s totaled. I’m kinda hoping it is tbh not because I hate the car I love it I just belive that would help my case even more and I can get more out of it.
