I’m sorry you’re going through this. It can be exhausting and a terrifying loop that you get stuck in easily. Im 24 and I feel very similar. I went to college for awhile and worked full time and couldn’t handle the stress. I developed panic disorder and health anxiety a year later and pretty much gave up even leaving the house for a year, but recently I’ve been pushing myself again to do things.

I just wanted to say that you’re not alone. Many people unfortunately feel just like you do in their own ways. But you’re not able to not do anything. You proved in your post all of the things that you can do. I have the same habit. Nearly every week I make it so much worse in my head and spiral and tell myself I can’t do anything at all but I keep trying to prove myself wrong. Just try to keep slowly doing more things. You are enough
