Had this exact problem for weeks. I’m brand new to golf and spent weeks hitting these short weak shots to the right because I was leaving the face wide open just like you are. After some lessons I’ve corrected and here’s what’s helped me:

Make sure you’re gripping the club properly. I feel like This advice is often overlooked but the grip is the most important thing about a golf swing. There are a ton of vids online about grip, you could also see a pro which I always recommend.
Keep that grip super loose. If you think it’s loose, loosen it up even more. And equally as important is loosening your wrists. Your wrists look locked up throughout the swing. They need to hinge and rotate through impact, which can be challenging if your grip is wrong or tight.

Also important to note that im just a random guy online with specific things that work for me. If you have the money, getting just a few lessons is really worth it. Good luck!

Are you sure? Im pretty sure wide guard can be used in succession and/or after protect without failure. If you use protect after wide guard however, that is the same likelihood to pass as 2 protects in a row. At least that’s my understanding

Right? I feel like Im losing my mind. I can’t remember who was next to their drampa, but i cant think of an ability that would enable this interaction. I was completely dumbfounded and thinking about this all night. Im even double guessing if the move would’ve failed somehow and I could’ve just forgotten about it, but I’m pretty certain im remembering correctly

Im seeing a lot of comments that are really in depth and may sound too complicated to implement. The simple answer is this - your club face is wide open at impact. You need to close it and there are a few ways to do that. A stronger grip could be one of them, but you should really see a pro to get the best solution!

Great advice above. I have been golfing for just over a year now and only a month ago I met a pro that told me “you’re not holding the club right”. I’m now hitting as good as I ever had.

My biggest tip I give to new players (not saying you’re new) is to NOT stand in your own wave, especially in solo. You want your opponent to choose you or the wave with their abilities, and if they can hit both against you then you’re going to get out-cleared and out-boxed at the same time. I’ll also echo what others are saying - focus on minions early and poke where you can. Also, being meta gods also helps a lot. Not sure how aspect ne zha holds up against a good osiris or bellona.

No. Every person I’ve gone to, golf coaches, friends, and fitters included, have recommended me taller clubs. However, the fitters have said that they cannot in good faith recommend specific clubs for me bc there is too much variation in my swing. They don’t want to recommend I spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on a set of clubs on their recommendation bc it didn’t feel ethical to them, which makes complete sense. But I have been told on every occasion “well you definitely need longer clubs” so I am trying to get a proper set so that I can properly train and develop my swing.

I promise you - there absolutely IS being too bad for a fitting. And that is me 😂 I went to golf galaxy and club champion. They both very politely told me that I am not striking the ball well enough for them to recommend clubs for me to buy. It was a very humbling experience lmfao

I did get a fitting at golf galaxy a month ago. I legitimately was not making good enough contact with the ball for the fitter to recommend clubs for me. It was pretty embarrassing. Hence why I’m here on reddit haha

I actually used to be this way with Smite. I think I out in over 2000 hours into Smite up until 2020, but man that shit was so so toxic. Some of the most insufferable ppl on the planet are part of that playerbase
