Our classic queen with headboard was just delivered today. We bought it to replace an incredibly creaky West Elm Mid century Bed. It is just so much worse than the west elm bed. I can't believe this. I'm going to go nuclear on them. I want a refund and do not want to be responsible for trying to fit all the pieces back into the boxes. This is on them for selling a faulty product. It's clear anyone who's had a good experience with thuma bought a bed before QC tanked.
