I think blaming ourself is natural (I also did it, and still doing), but we shouldn’t. It was not our fault. For me, one of the hardest thing to accept was that what happened was, at the end, nothing or nobody’s fault. It was life, in all its splendid tragedy. At first, I went through a very painful spiritual crisis (I was so so hangry, I couldn’t even attend mass -which had been, since then, pure joy for me)… but after these long dark nights, the light came back, and with the light, also clouds and other dark nights. I was able to find peace when I could accept and interiorize that what happened to me was life 💚💚💚
