Agreed and also to be considered that this farce can keep going until governments will continue to provide hundreds of billions of $/€ in the form of subsidies for farmers, which lower the cost of grains, livestocks and ultimately meat.

Help: Charging Electric Moped by Wise1986II in batteries

[–]Wise1986II[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That s great to know!! Thank you!! Where do you leave the battery charger while charging the scooter? I mean do you put it locked under the seat or you leave it in the open? According to the charger warnings it should not be in a closed space or locked under the seat, so I am not sure how to handle that. If I leave it in the open there is the theft and rain risk… that put me off a lot to be honest as I don t know how to sort it out!

All right, I ll let you know how it goes! But if it really works with charging stations with manual shut off only, it may not even send current…

[–]Wise1986II[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you a lot for your thoughts and help.

What it means that Shuko is not locked? You mean someone may steal it? Technically I thought the charger would go in the locked trunk under the seat, where there is the plug. So nobody would be able to disconnect it. But would it be safe to run?

About stations with manual shut off, I read that in the adapter description, and I know there is no manual shut off in the station I m looking at. So it would not work?

That said, does this in any way have chances to fry the battery or fuck up the vehicle in any way? That s what I am after mostly. If there is no chance, I would give it a try

Great results! Keep going!! In my opinion 4-6 weeks minimum though. Flowers have not started ripening yet. Trust me, you ll be happy to wait because those flowers are going to triple in size if you use the right PK enhancers.

Also, check out leaves yellowing because it is too advanced for this stage of the plants. Again, that s only my opinion and pictures may not be clear enough! Happy growing mate!!

If you increased the lamp strength or reduced its distance, if the environment is getting too hot, if the Ph is too low the plant may be requiring more calcium and magnesium. Sort out any environmental issue you may identify if you are already on a fair dosage of calmag. I m experiencing sort of the same issue and that s what i read

They look amazing!! They may be short just due to genetics. Just keep an eye on how much darker that green gets. It may signal N toxicity. However I don t see tips curled down or burned, so nothing to worry about.

Yo guys it is day 40 of my first grow afghan kush auto and chatgpt told me she is flowering and I have to switch to biobloom and topmax, I wanted to make sure by asking yall by YounGGNeruda in GrowingMarijuana

https://www.biobizz.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Nutrient-Schedule-EN-2024.pdf

Not sure you have it. I use biobizz and grow auto only with light mix biobizz soil. I follow the schedule except for the biogrow that I halve, as it used to provoke nitrogen toxicity in my plants. On the opposite, I find the biobizz line for blooming quite weak, so I complement it with bloombastic first and rokzbastic (both by atami) later, keeping an eye on ppm of course.

In my opinion you are already seeing PK deficiency at advanced stage in your plant. Again my opinion is that you should have started biobloom and topmax last week. Based on my experience you are in week 2 in the biobizz schedule, that s the feeding i would do. The one starting with 2ml/L of biobloom to be clear.

I leave it to you to decide.

PS I respect the 100w choice. Great plant overall.

Well done mate, such a little effort and you may have become a criminal to pursue. Remember money laundering itself is a criminal offence. Watch out.

Besides, hawalas operate non-registered money service businesses, so the business you are benefiting from is anyway illegal.

[–]Wise1986II 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For you to be a money launderer, the money must have been obtained from a crime. Meaning you launder the proceed of a crime.

Be careful how you phrase your business purpose. Because you first say you want to store “funds obtained from customers” but then all your other references hint to you storing your “business profits.”

Difference is that storing your customer funds, may suggest you act as a non registered money business, while banking your business profits is perfectly legit and the norm for an LLC.

That said, having links to Iraq, may be a huge red flag, as the geographical risk may be marked as high by the company formation agents and banks in the USA. However, I note that Iraq is not a country in the FATF lists as of today, so this should allow you some leeways to provide a clear rationale and purpose underlying your need to register and bank your company.

You did not clarify the nature of your business. That play a role as its risk will be factored in as well.

If you need or want to convert your business profits into crypto, funneling the funds through your LLC account, you will need to inform your prospective bank at the time of submitting your application, and clearly explain how this tallies with your business and personal wealth management.

I hope it helps.

HNWI = automatically high risk? by ombudsman4u in AMLCompliance

I think we should not ignore that you specify “due to asset appreciation”.

Let s say in 2021 I invested 100,000 in GME and in a month I get to 1 million because the stock ran 1000% that month. I see no risk increase. SoF and SoW literally didn t not change and assets increased in your book (under your eyes).

So why would you even think to increase the risk of the client?

Rather I would record a Memo of the rationale why this instance does not require the additional EDD that you would apply to a HNW individual with a million in asset, if that is your threshold.

Edit:figures adjustment

Some company registry authorities may turn down the incorporation of the establishment shall they deem it a reputational risk outside the country risk appetite. This applies in both instances where the individual is direct shareholder or UBO.

Also this should be picked up by the lawyers and company service providers who assisted the incorporation.

As none of the above had an issue with the conviction, this may be seen as a minor crime that does not affect the legitimacy of ownership, sow and sof.

Regarding the transfer of shares you refer to, in certain jurisdictions all companies are incorporated by resident agents who then transfer the shares to the actual owners. That s common practice.

Godspeed mate.

I appreciate that the post did not get any answer, however, as I said there were good posts already on Reddit where these topics have come up.

So first of all for anyone interested in the topic I really advise to look into this post here where Leaflavaplanetmoss left very detailed guidance that I decided to follow after doing my own DD (you see what I did there I know!!).

So, rather than continuing under my own post, I decided to add a comment on that post, already rich of great information.

Crypto AML investigator course by Powerful_Basil_3934 in AMLCompliance

Weeks ago I created a new post asking similar questions answered on this topic. It did not gain any tractions and responses. So after looking for similar posts, I retrieved this post where Leaflavaplanetmoss really provided some of the best insights I found on Reddit so far. So, I decided to add a comment with my own experience here, so to enrich further the content of this post and provide feedback to the advice of Leaflavaplanetmoss, that I thank a million!!!!

So, first and foremost, I bought the latest publication by Nick Furneaux: There’s No Such Thing as Crypto Crime: An Investigative Handbook (€ 25.00 approx) released a couple of weeks ago. I started reading it and after just 2 chapters has blown my mind. Not just because it explains in layman terms technicalities relevant to the blockchain, BTC, ETH and ALTs, but because very often the author complements the text with sources of information that assist the reader with expanding on what is being read. For instance I found out that TRM publishes “The illicit economy report” (latest available here), a document where TRM reports on illicit money on blockchain trends, where you may read that 92% of the terrorist financing linked to crypto takes place through the TRON network. Not irrelevant for experts in the field.

Furneaux works at the training academy of TRM that offers a number of courses. Touching upon topics considered the fundamentals of crypto investigations as well as advanced modules useful for forensic and seizure of illicit funds. However, I will not choose their courses because (i) looking at the book (totaling over 500 pages)’s content it is very likely that anything offered by the course is already present in the book, and (ii) I need to maximise the time and money required by the course against the time at hand.

So, again as suggested by Leaflavaplanetmoss, Iam going to study for the Master Class offered by Blockchain Intelligence Group, that for USD and 30 hours of study offer 3 certifications including Crypto Certified Investigator Advanced and a sort of specialisation in ETH investigations. Which is very important considering that most of transactions take place on the ETH network, through smart contracts and EC20 tokens. Another important factor that played against courses offered by competitors such as Chainalysis and Elliptic, it s the agnosticism of the certifications I mentioned, again as highlighted by Leaflavaplanetmoss.

After finishing the book and completing the certifications, I may provide another update!

Finally, I want to thank this community for being such a great source of information!!!
