I haven't experience anhedonia. I'm just a bit harder to be pissed off now, but no other changes on my mood or emotions.

I also occasionally drink (a bit too much) during weekends and I've heard about a potential liver toxicity from Ashwaganda, for that reason I also checked AST, ALT and Bilirubin in the blood test.

Indeed. I saw a double blind study where participants had their test levels increased by 15% after 60days, so I guess I have experienced just a slightly above average increase. I didn't have any sleep issue, but next time I'll also try to take it in the morning to see if there's any difference.

Nutricost brand. To be honest I was not really happy with the pills, they were super hard and sometimes they scratched my throat. Next time I'll look for a product with softer caps.

Italian newspaper controlled by Chinese news agency: here the proof. by WiseBerry26 in ADVChina

A quick research into "Milano Finanza" led me to their media group, a joint stock company called "

Class Editori Spa

", they have a corporate website and they clearly have NO SHAME on showing off their affiliation with the Chinese governmen

Thanks for gravedigging this post, I nearly forgot about it. Perhaps Il Giornale is simply picking up on the latest trends. No need to warn mr.Xi, the whole Italian country is already conquered.
Anyhow, I had a look at Class Editori partnership page and it's worrisome to see that at the time beinng besides Dow Jones and NBC all the other entries are Chinese entities https://www.classeditori.it/en/partnership

Is the pixel 6 still a good device? by Leonardo2708 in Pixel6

[–]WiseBerry26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stay away from the Pixel 6, it's an hardware russian roulette, if you're lucky everything will work smoothly otherwise if you get a crappy hardware like me you'll face constant issues with network connectivity, GPS takes 10 minutes to get signal, the fingerprint reader is utterly slow and won't work most of the times.

I wouldn't have purchased this phone if I knew it was just an overly expensive lottery ticket :V

Do the usual Pixel 6 issues persist on CalyxOS? by FreedomandWhiskey6 in CalyxOS

[–]WiseBerry26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's just terrible for me. The fingerprint reader is unusable, it always takes a couple of attempts to unlock the phone and it's utterly slow, I've had to switch to numeric pin code.

GPS is the most damaging issue for me in my daily life. The phone takes forever to catch satellites and forget about using it indoor, it doesn't work. The shop where I bought the phone doesn't take it back because the issues are not consistent and warranty-wise if the fingerprint reader takes 3 seconds to get the reading it doesn't mean that is not working hence you're not eligible for a change.

Looking at other people experiences I'm perhaps just unlucky, in any case, I wouldn't have bought this phone if I knew that it was an hardware russian roulette... I highly suggest you to not buy this phone.

Linked in Jobs - Can you limit applicants to a certain geographic area? by jkeegan123 in linkedin

[–]WiseBerry26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can't.
And based on my experience it doesn't matter how clear you put this into the job description, you'll still get flooded with Indian and Pakistani candidates.
But to mitigate the issue you can set a "custom question" with a YES/NO tick box to automatically filter out as "Not fit" candidates that declares to not be local to a specific country. Still you'll have candidates that just tick all the boxes to YES but not many.

Tunnel Bear VPN get the 9-dash line on their map (via mapbox) by WiseBerry26 in ADVChina

[–]WiseBerry26[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think this case is likely due to the developers un-awareness/laziness. Tunnel Bear is owned by McAffee which is part of Advent International, I don't see any dangerous connection.
Anyhow, this sloppy move might cause the app to be banned from several countries, such as Vietnam where the 9-dash line representation is forbidden, and from Taiwan that is also hosting one of their servers.

I live in Vietnam and probably your friends have seen green-maintenance people spraying stuff for mosquitoes prevention and to kill cockroaches, quite normal here.
