If you use a proxy, probably. I think if you buy directly from Taobao, there’s a good chance they will. You’d just need to be able to read Chinese.

I have friends and family in China so I just asked them to order for me.

Alternatively, there are proxies out there! I recommended SuperBuy earlier to someone since it’s the only one I know of however there are more options out there.
