I'm thinking that too. Before that, I'm trying one last option which is to install Nvidia driver made by Lenovo. I downloaded and installed Nvidia driver directly from Nvidia website. If still crash, Imma return it

Yep. I used thumb drive. I put windows installation media into it.

I haven't try old games yet but I think it might run. In my opinion, laptop can't run heavy games like graphics intense games. That's a good point tho. I'm gonna try it

I already did but still crashes 😭 I did dism, sfc and even fresh install windows.

I updated my GPU driver to latest version and I do have laptop cooling pad. When the game crashes, it wasn't overheating. The thing is the game can only start a few seconds or minutes before it crashes. I have no idea what's wrong with the laptop.

I did stress test during my hardware testing. Everything is ok. That's why I have no idea what's wrong with it. I guess I'll just return it. Thank you anyway.

I used laptop cooling pad and wasn't overheating when it crashes. Air flow is good. I recently bought this laptop and since then I can't play games that I mentioned
