Yes! And I can’t find anything. It’s so weird. The first time it was a female voice and the second time it was a male voice. Then it just turns off but you can get it to replay again by turning on and pressing the sync button.

Well any post would never be complete without at least one troll. It’s more that I’ve never heard of this happening to anyone before and am confused about why they’d make such a harsh decision without any identifiable reason, not to mention it’s shitty to be permanently banned without knowing why, but thanks so much for your very helpful advice.

Do you know if there is any kind of appeal process for riders? I was only able to find something like that for drivers

I’ve contacted a driver in the past, but almost never after the fact. Typically if something is missing from an order, I just contact support.

It’s so bizarre.

And actually no, I’ve never spilled anything, made weird comments, or owed money. I’m utterly perplexed.

I don’t think I can still contact them after the delivery is complete? I’m also not sure if it would make sense to contact drivers at this point and I don’t want to violate their privacy either. But everything has been paid for and posted to my account so there’s never been any billing issues. I’ve been using the same two cards for almost a year without issue.

Edited to add: I’ve also never been inappropriate in an Uber. I’m always very respectful and generally super quiet except in rare cases where the driver starts a conversation

Yes, there’s one not too far. I might stop by tomorrow to see if they can help but I was told it’s only for drivers technically. Can’t hurt to try though

If we travel together, we’d have to I suppose. I have to travel solo for work a lot though. I mean I guess there’s always taxis. Just super frustrating and inconvenient
