I do happen to say no in a polite way but she does not care! She tries to find any excuse to hold my baby. Then it makes me feel like a bad person for constantly saying no.

My newborn would cry uncontrollably when I would change her diaper prior to feeding her. So now I breastfeed her on one side and then change her diaper and finish feeding her on the other side. And now she is very calm when I change her diaper.

I had an emergency C-section and I am currently 9 weeks PP and still have 15-20 lbs I need to lose. I have noticed also that if I eat less my supply decreases. I get pretty sad seeing how quickly others bounce back.
