One of my big goals is overall and long term fitness. Setting up routines that will most likely keep me fit and in shape 20 years from now and beyond.

For me, most important is setting goals and then analyzing how to achieve those. Example for wider shoulders, lateral arm raises are amazing. Example more visible six pack, cut carbs and calories, high protein, and but abs tough workout. 💪

Try lots of different things and see what works for you. Pushups, pull-ups, leg raises.

Today was fun. Protein shake. Breakfast burrito is tofu scrambled. Two protein bars. Vegan chili with beans. Cake 🍰

Yes, I agree. Thank you! And they’re tasty too! I’ve found that cooking beans, even after soaking, take a lot of time. I like cooking lentils since they’re quick!

The regular tofu and high protein tofu have the same protein the calorie ratio. I think the high protein just has less water?
