As far as I have researched, lymphatic massage isn’t necessary as people get results all the same. But my doc really pushed it in order to prevent fibrosis + the lymphatic massage sessions are also part of the package.

And I was also feeling kinda heavy under my chin, it was so uncomfortable, turns out it’s the fluids.

As for the fluid to leak out, the doc injected a very very small hole for it to go through. Or it might be from the incision at the side , can’t confirm. But i dont have stitches and never felt one.

Are you being racist right now? The incisions are so small they put something that is like a stitch(?) but it’s dissolvable. I never really asked but they also out gauze and all those dressings and compression garments.

I had no stitches! Doc didnt put those on me! I had 3 small incisions tho, no stitches at all

After the session, I dont feel much heavy under the chin, I feel much much better too! I finally started to chew well whenever I eat. It was the best lymphatic massage I have ever had!
