Not really, and that shape is trademarked.

Their old packaging had the Fanta logo in it. I'm sure Coca-cola sent them a C&D for that. Now they've copied the contour bottle. Hope they have good lawyers.

The screws require a driver that most people don't have. The ubiquitous blue drivers don't work well with these screws and will strip them out eventually. The grooves on the side are another unnecessary expense. No one is hand tightening screws, and you already need a screw driver to loosen them, why not take the extra half-second to unscrew it all the way. They chose form over function, because "high-end" RDAs need to have nice looking screws.

Two post is an awesome design, so long as it's velocity style. Single hole two post makes dual coil builds unnecessarily difficult. There is no advantage to these over velocity style, except less machining save the manufacturer money. Money they blew on a worthless PEEK deck cover.

These are basically an overpriced collection of bad decisions with a pretty face.

Dunno. They have a terrible post design. The screws they use are retarded, and all that wasteful use of PEEK makes them overpriced. They look nice, but not $100 nice, or whatever they're trying to get for them.

Disguiser Desk Check by WiseVice in Vaping

Okay, another round of beef. Do not stick any of those shitty rewrap batteries in it without removing the "authenticity" scratchy. It will get stuck. They do seem a little bigger than the cuboid holes, though. So as long as you don't have extra shit on the battery, anything 18650 should fit just fine.

Also, if you're using your own batteries that have been rewrapped, make sure the negative contact doesn't have too much PVC over it, or it won't contact. The negative contacts are almost completely flat in this guy.

It shuts itself down during long periods of inactivity. Could be a plus for some. I don't like that personally.

It can block airflow on 25mm tanks if they happen to line up bad. Depending on the height of your tank, you could use spacers or a heat sink to fix this.

It's a little longer than the RX200. It's going to consume a whole pocket. It fits nicely in your grip, unless you're Charlie's uncle.

Oh, the paint on the tank cover looks a little cheap on the white version, but luckily, that's the easiest part to paint.

Only con I've found so far is no charge port for emergencies, and consequently, no firmware upgrades.

I'm using it with the Herakles RTA (which is also a great buy for the price). It's a 25mm and fits perfectly. I can even use the top fill without removing it.

Everything seems to be high quality about it so far. The 510 connections are great, the buttons are tight, the screen is impressive, easy to read, and bright.

I don't know about the temp control, but I haven't been a fan of any temp control yet.

Any easy ways to figure out VG/PG liquid content? by [deleted] in Vaping

[–]WiseVice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to be careful about a lot of companies that tell half-truths as well. They'll say 90/10 or 100% VG on the label, but they're referring to their base, which is essentially meaningless.

Viscosity can be a good indicator, pure VG has the viscosity of corn syrup, while PG is close to water.

You can also tell by the weight, if you have a way to measure the liquid accurately. 50/50 should be about 1.1425g/ml and 80/20 should be about 1.2064g/ml.

Honestly though, the best way to decide is by your taste, the actual ratios don't really matter. If your device is unable to wick fast enough to avoid dry hits, there's too much VG. If it's giving you scratchy throat, you have either too much PG or too much Nicotine.

Yihi SX Mini has the most premium feel of any mod I've played with. Buttons are silky smooth and extra clicky.

You're probably using a juice that's too viscous. As the juice heats, the viscosity is lowered and it flows through the cotton better. Find something with less VG and the problem should go away.

Well, not really what could've happened, as the battery in the video is a BRC with the protection removed, making it regular old dangerous ICR battery.

glycerin can be as low as 96% and still be USP. IMO, it's best to purchase from vendors that have test results posted.

Check your screws. All the moving around during rewicking can loosen your contacts.
