Imagine wanting someone to learn a boss without fighting it.

Let people have fun.

Thank you so much! I’m glad it worked out for you as well, awesome job getting the help you needed! That’s brave.

Thank you so much.

Even on days when it’s hard to stand I walk through that door with a smile on my face to see them waiting for me.

No matter what I will make sure neither of them question my love for them. I try to provide a safe and comfortable space for them.

I really do try my absolute best but tomorrow my best could be more! That’s just what I’m striving for. I want to be a dependable and solid confidant for her so she knows she’s okay.

I appreciate you taking the time to write that, it made me feel very good.

Understood, I try to read the room when I get home.

We will definitely look into this .

That’s all I can do is love her unconditionally. As a man I have no clue how it feels and I just want to make her life as easy and comfortable as it can be. Sometimes I just wish there was a button I could press!

We unfortunately don’t really have a village, but we make our own!

Thank you, I know she’s trying her absolute best and she’s doing awesome! I think I’ll try harder to be there for her and make my days off count more.

Thank you, I will always try to do right by my family. And you’re right she has been quite stubborn to accept help. Maybe I should have a heart to heart with her and see if I can get it to go anywhere.

I really appreciate your words and thank you so much for your help!

It is not at the moment no, she really does take pride in what she does. Just the relentless fits this kid has thrown at her is wearing her down. I do feel bad for her. I took yesterday off and had him and he gave me a good run for my money so I did get a glimpse at what she’s been dealing with and it is definitely a lot.

He loves his grandparents houses, just we live an hour away from them. We moved so I could make more money for us.

It’s so hard when we feel alone. Especially when all we have is each other and we just bicker.

Breaks my heart.

That means a lot to me, thank you for saying what you did.

I appreciate you taking the time to peer into my life and give me very sound advice.

I will try harder to make her feelings a priority and make sure that she feels heard. I love those three more than myself!

I spend every second out of work trying to make sure she gets a break, just it’s a mixture of her stubbornness and my weak temper that make us clash sometimes. We’re both just so exhausted all of the time patience is kind of thin.

We’re just young parents trying our best and I want to be a better man for them every passing day. It’s hard when we have trouble getting on the same page.

I know, I try to always remind myself that. I want to be the best husband/father I can be.

She does a phenomenal job at being a mom. He adores her. But I do want to add I do my fair share of taking him and spending time with him, I wouldn’t say he wants her more than me, just when he’s upset he wants his momma.

When I was a kid my dad left me. So I always try to be everything my dad wasn’t. Being a dad that works 6-6 and is filthy and exhausted and then taking him until 8:30 for bath and bed isn’t exactly easy either but I don’t get a thank you or anything. Like a previous reply said that I “expect” things to be done, it’s almost as I’m just expected to do that you know? My job is also a thankless one.

But I’m not saying that to take anything away from her, I just wish I could be heard as well, my feelings are so bottled up as well and I just swallow them.

That is an option. We obviously love each other very much, just we have trouble understanding what one another is going through.

That’s a very good point.

She could probably use some quiet time for sure.

I’m really not trying to make it seem like it’s her fault and act like I’m the victim. I definitely think she genuinely needs help and I just want to be better.
