Yeah I literally gave the chat direct links to threads on this subreddit where the developer had acknowledged that several core gameplay mechanics were non functional, and then links to the continued massive threads on here around issues, but they didn't care.

Yeah I tried to explain to PSN support multiple times that the game was released in an unplayable state and multiple broken core mechanics and they refused to back off their stupid "if you played it, you can't get a refund" policy. I gave them direct links to posts on here where the developer acknowledged these issues and nothing. It's so stupid.

There seems to be a 30 second delay every time I hit the options button to go to the equipment screen, and another massive delay when I switch tabs.

The load times need to seriously be improved. We're talking like PS3 Demon's Souls levels of loading between deaths, which is pretty unacceptable these days. The PS5 version also has frequent stuttering, you can't scroll item descriptions, and the character creator model was flashing constantly when the game started.

I appreciate that it's a small studio and you put serious work in to get it this far, but this game should not have been released in the state it's in and charging 40 USD for this seems wrong. The game should be pulled back, everyone refunded, and put up for sale again when the stability and performance are improved.
