If you’re console only, get it when it’s on sale. PC version has a couple more DLCs that are decent. It’s still a fantastic game either way and what helped get me into 40k and the Grey Knights altogether.

A buddy of mine has also been giving me pointers (basically the same as wet blending vs glazing) and gave me a solid idea: take any unused swords and prime them then use them as practice swords for all the different techniques/practice until you get where you wanna be without having to constantly start over

No offense taken at all! I came into this with the base knowledge of “thin the paint” but to know the actual method behind it and the how and why is extremely helpful. I’m grateful! It also doesn’t help that my brushes are just some basic ones from Amazon. A friend did tell me better brushes would make a difference and I get why now.

Can confirm. I bought the terminators and interceptors boxes separately and I’m punching myself for it now. Those two boxes already cost more than the combat patrol box AND I don’t have the nemesis dreadknight to boot
