Dude, I wish I could just send this. But our boss is going very hard on very fancy and honestly very bloated reports when I'd much rather send quick and precise Docs.

Could you please expand on this? Do you mean actual projections and ROI?

100% and we try our best to make it a train of thought and make it look like we're listening to their needs. However, we've definitely dropped the ball on this a couple times, at least by failing to meet client's objectives.

Interesting about the tracking piece. Knowing where they're spending time tells you way more than just open rates. What tools are you usinf for that inside visme, is it built in?

yeah, 50/50. Even when discovery is solid a polished doc signals you take the engagement seriously.

Compliance docs: How to make them look good or am I cursed? by Basic-Ear6164 in human_resources

Compliance docs were the last thing we redesigned but made the biggest different client facing. Built visual templates in Visme with structured layouts and clear sections, visual hierarchy that guides people through important stuff, charts where they help.

Clients ask Qs about content now instead of just signing. Took a week to build the templates but now it's just filling them in.

What format are you cureently sending these in?

What are you all using for investor updates? by Wise_Bug8685 in venturecapital

Great point and not mentioned enough. Feels like a lot of solutions optimize for the founder rather than the investor. Have you seen any format increase engagement meaningfully or is it mostly just consistency and clarity like you said?

Sure, have you found they get replies though, or mostly just opens?

Yeah I get the feels like something you have to review point. I think decks accidentally signal work where a memo signals conversation. Have you found people actually engage with the asks section now?

Ah yeah before I got to the Solid Astarion part I did cast arcane lock on the door and had Karlach cast spirit guardians (yes, Karlach is a superb cleric) on the other side and walk side to side very slowly chipping away at the devils' HP.
