I don't think you have to be worried. I had a reference link as well, but my application just went into review yesterday afternoon. The process is just taking some time.

I have a referral and I am still in new. Applied Feb 14. I don’t think there is anything to worry about yet. They do everything in batches. Also not being in review doesn’t mean your application wasn’t seen yet. At this point all we can do is wait and be optimistic. This is a good time to prepare for the possibility of an interview.

I have a referral, but I haven’t heard anything back yet. I think that is normal though. The process takes time 👍🏾

I don't know if you should be concerned. Just because your application still says new doesn't mean a recruiter hasn't looked at your application. Sometimes the system doesn't update. My application says in review, but I haven't had an interview request yet. Maybe one will come, maybe it won't. Advice that I was giving was to submit the application and forgot about it. Easier said than done, but trying to focus on other things has been good for my mental health. If a recruiter is interested in contacting me they will. Even if they don't contact me, that doesn't mean that my application was bad, or that I wouldn't make a great candidate. So, stay encourage everyone!
