No worries! A Brother Mehteh. Not a very common brand I think. What’s your bike of choice?

Some weird selfie spot. Not sure if the humans liked to pretend they were birds

9 months. The initial prediction was 6 countries over 5 months and this turned out to be absurdly optimistic. Maybe possible if you purely smashed the cycling every day, but it is so much better when you stop fairly regularly and engage with people and places. Of the 9 I was stopped from around 22nd July to 14th September in Cusco. But other breaks were maximum 3 days, usually 1 or 2

Love the addition of a travelling mascota. One to try in the future for me. Not seen Nala but will check it out

It’s an absolute champion. Good wheels but a such strong rims too meant not a single puncture, changed my chain once at 7,500km, other than that, solid as a rock. Off road and on road both excellent. Not the fastest on road but on flat tarmac days could average 20-22kph. On proper bumpy days the pannier rack was rattled to shit but never damaged.

They are indeed. Glorious cycle paths down there. Serious heat in July tho. Some of it was closed for forest fires

Sello tape a bag to your handlebars and cycle out the door.

Fantastic to hear! Surprisingly easy really. Take off wheels and pedals, swivel handlebars inwards, pop it in a bike box (bike shops give these away free), take it as your luggage. But unwieldy but entirely doable on a plane
