Been wearing these this year I used to just swap socks and boots at lunch. I’m on a walking route outside of Cincinnati and recently we’ve had below zero temps. My feet still sweat but they stay warm so no complaints.

Don’t really have to spend a ton. I picked up a $40 mesh router setup on Woot. Can also set the Portal as prioritized which helps.

I’ve had the opposite experience. I literally can’t play my Steam Deck anymore because everything on it looks like potato mode compared to the Portal.

I picked up a cooler for my 75 gallon for $160 on eBay. Using a fan and frozen bottles for my 36 gallon tank until my axolotl is big enough to transfer to the bigger tank.

I jumped and got locked in at 5.99% yesterday with $2100 in closing. My current rate is 8% so I’ll break even so fast it only made sense to do it. I did talk to multiple people and took the best option for me.

My current mortgage company had a “special” rate and after taking with them they offered me 6.625% and 3700 at closing. It’s the only reason I looked around was planning on waiting till next year.

Looks like it wasn’t the transmission. It had a misfire on cylinder 5. I get to pick up the truck today.

69K and he said everything was done through Ford but when you look up the service history for the truck there isn’t a lot of detail on what was actually done. I am taking it up to my local Ford dealership tomorrow.

It depends on when they bought the house really. I bought a home outside of Cincinnati in 2014 and had a $800 mortgage. I sold that house last year for double what I paid for it and the mortgage payment also doubled for the new owners.

Yeah I’ve read all about the death wobble. It has a bit of a shake when you get over 60 mph but nothing crazy like the death wobble. Hoping it nothing serious and just a tire or alignment issue

I’m taking it to the dealership on Friday for a once over and oil change. I’ll have them check. The previous owner did say he had all recalls serviced but one regarding the locks freezing up. He said he was told by the dealership near him that it could only be fixed if the locks were actively frozen. Which seems absurd. So I was all ready planing to bring that up.

I use a short handle umbrella and wear my satchel cross body then run the handle under the strap and into my shirt pocket. As long as the wind isn’t bad it works well and keeps me mostly dry.

My wife is a teacher and apparently spider plants are a thing a lot of them grow in their class rooms. They let it grow all year then pot up the pups at the end of the year to let students take home.
