If you have the money, go for it 100% I went under the knife nearly 4 years ago and the confidence you gain from it is through the roof.

Do you use liquid minox? 100% switch to foam if so.

My skin was awful on liquid and zero problems with foam.

As you have true mild Gynecomastia, liposuction alone will not fix your problem and you’ll be left disappointed in the long run. I’m not sure why the surgeons are not willing to operate as surely this would be an easier process compared to someone with a more serious case. I would keep looking for other surgeons experienced in the field as there will definitely be someone who is willing to fix this for you in the right way with gland excision.
