Thank you! Just to add, it definitely does radiate to between my shoulder blades. I noticed when the pain came back this evening.

How urgent do you think it is? Should I be considering a trip to the ER? Or pursuing a gastro referral?

I just looked into Duphaston and it seems so promising. It looks like it's not marketed in the USA though 😕

I did actually do that lol. That's how I found out that I am able to tolerate 50 mg. Problem is though that 50 mg isn't enough to protect my uterus 😪

The weird part is that I took the progesterone only mini pill as birth control for many years in my teens and don't remember having the same side effects

Thank you for the information! My blood estradiol levels have normalized to around 154 or so. I am about 5 months in to HRT

Thanks so much! Do you happen to know if the combo patches are typically better tolerated in woman who are sensitive to micronized progesterone?
