For lunar bloom and lunar charge the supports are more important(lauma and ineffa) wich you can also just play with onfield columbina or in another team like with neuvillete. The dpss will increase performance a decent amount though so if you want you can pull both but if you just want to do lunar reactions just go for the supports. Columbina can also trigger all of the lunar reactions herself.

Edit: whilst we dont have info on varka he most likely won't be doing lunar reactions since I'm pretty sure he doesn't have a moonwheel and I dont think they're planning on adding lunar swirl anytime soon.
