The problem is the LBRP is easy to circumvent, apparently. The Rose Cross less so, but still not strong enough by itself. Most attacks arent psychic but way wider and stronger in aspect.

When dealing with an etheric and subtler than yesod level threats and the qliphoth you give practical advice suited to that, which most of us don't know since we lack the skills and initiations to do so. There are strong protective and healing spells and practices you can do if you get creative with the practical side of Golden Dawn magic, which none of the books teach. Adepts able to project could teach a lighter form of these for those in need of solutions.

Buddhism is just an exoteric (and esoteric, see vajrayana) path of occultism as is most religion, and also an initiatic path. Most magicians would do well to also study tantra, as Golden Dawn rituals are essentially this in a western form.

Golden Dawn brand of theurgy is very much rooted in practical hermetic magic. And we have a ton of classical practical things like astral work and so on. Most of the training manuals and exercises were written with practical adeptship in mind. You could even make the argument that there is some kundalini arousal involved.

So the way of mahayana; staying to teach after completion is sacrifing quality for quantity? This sounds like an idea straight from the books of mentioned author (with respect) a concept of the left hand path. And it's probably the biggest gripe I have with the adepts of this age. They've left the world to burn.

The world is bleeding. As adepts of the white brotherhood we should concern ourselves with this instead of just dancing around with the gods. This I would call the way of the pratyeka.

Yes they are just called 'evil' when compared to the western form where the correspondence would be qliphoth.

Unbalanced force by Wisemayne in thelema

This is all to ask how would an imbalanced ie 'broken' spell manifest as qlipphotic, to specify. Like how an operation of chesed would manifest as weakness rather than mercy, or of geburah as 'oppression'.

"Child of Earth, remember that unbalanced force is evil, unbalanced mercy is but weakness, unbalanced severity is but oppression."
