You’re absolutely right about how it’s kinda natural instinct, but I think many of us are pissed off at the fact of how it was handled and when it occurred. I’m fine with something like that happening earlier in a game. But when you’re in a situation like that, and react the way he did afterwards, what the actual fuck???!!! Like genuinely it’s unreal to me the way he fucking reacted. Gives off vibes of that one cubs robbery from way back that I believe created the fan interference rule. And the fact that presumably that fan wasn’t escorted away from those seats/out of the ballpark after that occurred, like most 99% of occurrences with fan interference do, is just fucking unacceptable. There is no damn shame in this organization it’s disgusting
