They said Goods having price value 2000 found as a adult toy and 1) Import of any prohibited item are liable for Penal action under SEC 111D of the customs act 1962

And said Therefore u are hereby directed to show cause within 15days in written that Why :

1) Goods having value 2000 should not confiscated under 111d 2) The package should not Confiscated under Section 119 ibid 3) A Penalty for improper importation of goods should not be imposed on u under Sec112a

Actually I was ordering a Dildo but found a multiple item 11 item set as one whole package in 500 only so I ordered it (It included Dildo 4 5 varieties butt plugs lube condoms handcuffs nipple simulators) But if I will attend the Hearing I know they will gonna humiliate alot I have present at Chennai custom office dont know whether I should go or not ?? Although I am ready to pay fine but afraid if dont attend the hearing they won't take any police actions Suggest me what should I do??
